Tin

Stone facade the world is beautiful,
Swear that all the love is mutual,
Go ahead with eyes unblinking,
Vanguard of the brain unthinking.

Far above the fecal tide,
Reassurance I have lied,
Within the bed with love beside,
And lonely to myself have cried.

Rail against the benefactors,
Curse the ease of no detractors,
Build a man with child's heart,
And set him in the world apart.
